High Calorie Gluten-free, Casein-Free Foods for Autism

Finding high calorie gluten-free, casein-free foods that your child will accept can be difficult. With a little research however, you will find many fats that are free of milk and wheat protein. Oils are acceptable fats, and different types of nut butters are allowed on this diet as well. Get creative and think outside the box! Everyone knows peanut butter, but have you tried almond, macademia nut, cashew and sunflower seed butters? These are all allowed on your child's diet. Although planning this diet takes time, with experimentation you will figure out what works for your child and what doesn't.
